Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates and Weights

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight or size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all international orders please contact us for addition shipping cost. You will be provided a quote for the best shipping solution.

Weights are rounded to the highest 1/2 pound to allow for packing and boxing materials.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Due to State Laws, some products may not be sold or shipped.

If an item is restricted by your local State or Federal laws, shipping will not be possible.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 5 (five) days from the date it arrived to return it for a full refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping and handling charges.


Special Notes about Returns:

  • You must email or call us to obtain a returning merchandise number.  No returns will be accepted without it.
  • Item must be returned in the original box and in like brand new, unused condition. All manuals and accessories that came with the product must be returned.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees back to our warehouse for any returned item. We will not be held liable for any lost shipments being returned to us.
  • Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • No returns will be accepted on software or downloadable video content.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% on any items returned, that don't meet the above criteria. Please note almost all orders returned are not charged a restocking fee.
